RPF Vacancy 2023 Education Qualifications Details

The education qualifications for the RPF Constable and SI recruitment 2023 are as follows:

Constable

• 10th pass from a recognized board.

Sub-Inspector

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

RPF Bharti 2023 Selection Process

The selection process for the RPF constable post will consist of the following:

• Computer Based Test (CBT)
• Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Document Verification (DV)

Stage-1

• Computer-Based Test (CBT): The CBT will be an objective-type test consisting of 120 questions. The duration of the CBT will be 90 minutes. The questions will be on the following subjects:
  • General Intelligence and Reasoning
  • General Awareness
  • Arithmetic

Stage-2

Physical Measurement Test (PMT): The PMT will be conducted to check the physical fitness of the candidates. The following tests will be conducted:

Height For Male & Female Candidates

• Male Candidate – 165 Cm.
• Female Candidate– 157 Cm.
• North India Zone Candidate- Male 160 Cm, Female- 150 Cm

Chest For Male & Female Candidates

• Male: 80 cm (unexpanded) and 85 cm (expanded)
• Female: 75 cm (unexpanded) and 80 cm (expanded)

RPF Jumping Test

• High jump: 4 feet for male and 3 feet for female
• Long jump: 14 feet for male and 9 feet for female

The candidates who clear the PMT will be shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

Stage-3

Physical Efficiency Test (PET): The PET is conducted to check the physical endurance of the candidates. The following tests are conducted:

RPF Running For Male & Female:

• For Male Candidate- 1.6 Kilometer Race in 5 Mins 45 Secs.
• For Female Candidate– 800 mt Race in 3 Mins 40 Secs.

Stage-4

• Document Verification (DV): The DV will be conducted to check the authenticity of the documents submitted by the candidates. The following documents will be verified:
  1. Educational certificates
  2. Caste certificate (if applicable)
  3. Domicile certificate (if applicable)
  4. Medical fitness certificate
