CISF Constable Physical Test Details 2023

Physical Measurement Test (PMT): The PMT will be conducted to check the physical fitness of the candidates. The following tests will be conducted:

Height For Male & Female Candidates

• Male Candidate – 170 Cm.
• Female Candidate– 157 Cm.
• North India Zone Candidate- Male 165Cm, Female- 152 Cm

Chest For Male & Female Candidates

• Male: 80 cm (unexpanded) and 85 cm (expanded)
• Female: 76 cm (unexpanded) and 81 cm (expanded)

The candidates who clear the PMT will be shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

Stage-3

Physical Efficiency Test (PET): The PET is conducted to check the physical endurance of the candidates. The following tests are conducted:

CISF Running For Male & Female:

• For Male Candidate- 1.6 Kilometer Race in 6 Mins 30 Secs.
• For Female Candidate– 800 mt Race in 4 Minutes.

Stage-4

• Document Verification (DV): The DV will be conducted to check the authenticity of the documents submitted by the candidates. The following documents will be verified:

  2. Caste certificate (if applicable)
  3. Domicile certificate (if applicable)
  4. Medical fitness certificate
